“It was probably the BEST game I have ever watched. The quality of the two teams, and especially the individual quality that the players delivered,” Arteta said, clearly impressed by the level on display.
He went even further, adding: “I’ve NEVER seen something like this.”
The Arsenal FC boss pointed to player freshness as a key factor behind the high intensity and quality, suggesting that physical condition played a major role in allowing such elite execution.
“To deliver those moments of quality, you have to be very fresh,” he explained, before making a broader comparison: “The difference in the leagues and the way they’re competing, it is NIGHT AND DAY.”
