Aston Villa and Newcastle United have reportedly emerged as new suitors to sign Juventus’s Federico Chiesa, who is also on Liverpool’s radar.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Aston Villa have had an approach rejected for Newcastle United target Federico Chiesa, despite making an offer worth €60 million to Juventus for the Italian international.
Linked with an exit from the cash-strapped Serie A heavyweights, the 25-year-old forward could embark on a fresh challenge before the 2023/24 season following an underwhelming campaign with Juve.
He has been hit hard by injuries in recent times due to which he was unable to showcase his talent over the last two seasons, only scoring twice in 21 Serie A outings for the Old Lady last term.
