Michael Beale, who has already added Todd Cantwell to his side, appears to be on the verge of getting a second man through the door at Rangers in Nicolas Raskin.
The central midfielder, who currently plays for Standard Liège in Belgium, is out of contract at the end of the season, which means he should be relatively cheap for a January transfer to Rangers.
The news comes from Sacha Tavolieri in Belgium, who took to Twitter to follow up on his information from last Thursday about the interest of Rangers in the player.

Things have moved relatively quickly, and the journalist states the player will ‘soon’ move to Rangers, who already have the player’s ‘agreement’.
In fact, Raskin will join the Scottish side on a four and a half year contract, and already had his medical check done ‘last week’, where he underwent two sets of tests on Tuesday and Friday in London.
As things stand, Rangers emissaries are heading to Liege to ‘finalise the deal’ with the Belgian side ‘in the coming hours’ to make sure everything is in order before making the move official.
