While he is not an important first-team player at this point in time, the Portuguese sensation surely has a lot of potential.
There were a few bids to sign him on a permanent basis, but the Merseyside club have rejected those.
However, with the player keen on having first-team minutes, they do not have many options to work with and have decided to loan him out.
Meanwhile, Bundesliga club RB Leipzig have shown their interest in his services.
They are looking to bolster their squad ahead of next season and believe having a player with Carvalho’s versatility could help them.
Leipzig have been in talks with Liverpool over a potential loan move.
And, according to Romano a one-year loan deal has been agreed and the contract will be signed next week.
Carvalho will be joining the Bundesliga club on straight forward loan move until the summer of 2024.
