Chelsea don’t value their 24-year-old midfielder Mason Mount highly enough amidst interest from rivals Liverpool.

And despite the ongoing differences between the player and the club, he still remains an important part of their team.
Mount has made 32 appearances in the ongoing season and has 9 goal contributions.
His contract with Chelsea runs until the summer of 2024.
With just over a year left on his contract, the club have tried renewing it but they have failed to meet the demands of the 24-year-old.
Mount wants pay parity with some of the highest earners of the club but the Blues are not keen on paying him those big wages.
And, people close to Mount believe that the England international is not valued high enough at the club.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have been interested in the 24-year-old.
With the player’s contract set to end in just over a year, the club are expected to offload him in the summer.
