United are fourth, but recent successes have many believing that they may be in the championship battle this season. However, two of their important players will be unable to play against Arsenal on the road.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Martial and Dalot were not among the team members that traveled to London. It will be Martial’s second consecutive absence from the team, following his absence in their 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace. Dalot was also injured lately and did not participate in the Palace or City games.
Arsenal, too, has been superb recently and remains comfortably atop the standings. United won the reverse encounter 3-1 earlier in the season, and a win for Ten Hags side would have enormous implications for the championship battle.
